It's a nice peacefull location, 5 minutes driving to Preveza center and plenty of different beaches just few minutes around, the garden is really beautifull, we enjoyed sitting there while planning our next move or having a coffee, the apartment has all the basic and it's clean.. it's worth the price

A nice little hotel, surrounded by orange and lemon trees, not far from a little rocky beach, approximately 500-600m; with a big and beautiful courtyard, where you can sit mornings or evenings. Plenty of flowers turn the place to a little multicolor paradise. There are so many beautiful sandy beaches in the area, and interesting archaeological or historical places to visit, like Nikopolis and its Archaeological Museum, the monument of Zaloggo, Nekromanteio...

Lovely large front courtyard with seats and shade and well-kept gardens. Rooms small and a little tired but adequate and clean. The air conditioning in our room did not work (it was a very hot day - 38°C), but the owner agreed we could sleep in the next room. Overall, it seemed reasonable value for money as a place to sleep.

Host was uderstanding i was nota able to make it, due to car trouble, but the rest of the group did and the host understood my problem. The review îs from my friend that stayd at the proprety.ty
