I had a wonderful stay at Acacia. I stayed in the suite. It has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge/kitchen area. In the lounge area there is another two single beds if needed. (Although they are beautifully designed as sofas). The quality of the furnishings are top notch, modern and very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Delivered by a smiling Maria in a picnic basket, I had a number of items including a recently hard boiled egg, fresh bread, a sandwich, bread, jams, yoghurt, fruit, Greek honey …… so much that I had enough for breakfast, lunch and snax throughout the day! Although the accommodation doesn’t have a sea view, it is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the sea and beach as well as there being a number of fantastic restaurants nearby serving delicious food and wines. I particularly liked Akritori as well as Phelema. Both very high quality. Theee are also a number of typical Greek tavernas in the village. As a solo traveller, this was exactly what I wanted. I felt very safe and spoilt! I highly recommend staying here. If you like all day sunshine, choose the suite as this also has an open area to the side of the pool that is not partially covered with rush roofing.

The apartment was super clean brand new with great balcony and pool. The hostess was very kind and supportive and make our stay very comfortable. Excellent choice for both couples or families.

Excellent suite with private swiming pool, modern collonial deco, every little detail taken care off. Fresh and full breakfast brought in the morning in a tastefull pic-nic basket. Amazing,relaxing stay Compliments to the hosts!

Wow - just… wow!! Acacia is a small plot of four new-build units in the middle of the town of Mitika, near Preveza. You drive into the site to find your parking space just at your front door. We had unit 01, at the entrance of the plot, for 2 people. Before we got there we received an email giving us our code for the front door and also the wifi details (each unit has it’s own router and password). Once inside you find that the unit is finished to the highest quality, comfort and cleanliness. The bathroom area is separated from the bedroom by a modesty screen, with the shower located just to the side. Bathrobes, slippers and high quality free toiletries are provided free of charge. The bedroom features a very comfortable kingsize bed, looking out onto your very own private pool complete with sunloungers. Privacy is assured with the use of curtains and for night-time the electric blinds can be lowered. In the kitchen you can find a coffee maker, with pods and sugar replenished daily, a kettle and sandwich maker. There is a 2-ring hob and a basic set of pots, pans etc to make simple meals. There was no bowl, or cereal bowls and dessert spoons which would have been useful, but we managed without. Breakfast, which changed daily, was served at a time of our choosing in a picnic basket, and included things like fresh milk, juice, yogurt, honey, jam, butter, fruit, bread and a selection of fresh pastries like chocolate-filled croissants, cheese pies, kritsinia etc. There are a number of cafés, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk, with the beach and more restaurants within a 5 minute drive. It was a perfect flat in the perfect place at a good price for us.
