Dear Management and Staff of the Blue Diamond Boutique Hotel, We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to each one of you for the exceptional kindness, care, and support shown to us during an incredibly difficult time. Our beloved brother was in Pretoria East Hospital, terminally ill and passed on during June 2025x My sister, Marinda, traveled from Somerset West in the Western Cape, and I came from the United States. Marinda stayed at the hotel for three weeks, and I joined her for nine days. During this time, the Blue Diamond became much more than just accommodation—it became our home away from home. Your staff embraced us with warmth and compassion. You were attentive, gentle, and went far beyond what anyone could expect from a hotel team. From helping us move rooms when we had to rush to the hospital, to offering a shoulder to cry on and simply being present—you were pillars of strength and comfort. Words fall short in expressing how much this meant to us. Every single staff member reflected a spirit of service and genuine care. Though we were strangers, you carried us as if we were family. This was an extraordinary experience during the most painful of times, and you made it bearable. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was very nice and the room was spacious. The property on the outside was very nice and the reception area.

Food is amazing and well-priced, I had the Serloin steak for dinner, fabulous. Poached eggs for breakfast, poached to perfection, but they didn't have the selection of bread as advertised on the menu.

Located very close to our wedding venue. Looks like lots of great restaurants nearby. Nice area. Well kept and seemed safe. Only spent 2 nights. Room size excellent. Bathroom huge. Bed huge.
