The property was absolutely beautiful and unique. David our host was so friendly and hospitable and did so much to make us comfortable. Hot drinks on arrival and anytime we wanted them. I happened to mention I liked a hot water bottle for my back and a hot one was delivered to our room when we went to bed. Breakfast was delicious and he even gave us freshly baked pastries for our onward journey. The Italian restaurant he recommended for excellent. Thank you. We will be back.

Everything, The host David could not do enough for us. We left early to travel back and he was up with a coffee and a breakfast to take with us. The room is beautiful, very clean with its own terrace which is a delight to sit out on. The location is perfect for Preston. Near the town centre and train station but far enough away to not be disturbed by either

Lovely stay. The property is stunning, the eye for detail and decor absolutely amazing. The room ( deluxe double ) was so well presented and comfortable with a lovely balcony as a bonus. The location is brilliant, central , but still a nice quiet area, with good on site parking. The main selling point though is the host, David. You will leave feeling like old friends. Fantastic.
