Absolutely lovely host with a gorgeous house. Made me and my sister feel such at home very quickly. Breakfast was lovely and had one of the best nights sleep in a long time!

The owner was very courteous and concerned with our comfort and enjoyment during our time at East Cliff. The lady looking after us during our stay was friendly and couldn't do enough to try ensure comfort and right any issues that arose. There was an issue with the TV in our room and with attempts to fix the TV being fruitless we were given access to the main lounge TV for the evening (very much appreciated). Our room was very comfortable and the balcony was beautiful. I'm glad the weather allowed for us to spend a little time out there on the second night.

David was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and clearly family-oriented. He truly made our trip memorable. His home is beautifully decorated, there’s a lovely park just around the corner, and the location is perfect for easy access to the station. I have no particular reason to return to Preston, but if I did, I’d happily stay at David’s again.
