Where do I start. The place does not give itself enough flowers to how well run and aesthetically pleasing on the eye it is. The staff was very welcoming and place was very clean.

Lovely hotel, comfy rooms, nice bar to enjoy a drink, restaurant looked nice but we were already booked elsewhere. Around 10 EV chargers onsite was a real bonus and allowed me to charge before setting off home again. 11am standard checkout was also a plus when so many insist on 10am. Definitely our go to hotel in future when visiting our daughter and partner who live close by.

We loved our stay here! It was convenient for our little family adventure into Liverpool. The staff on arrival, during and even after we'd left were fantastic! We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room. The house keeping staff were very pleasant and friendly when we passed them in the morning. The staff at the pool provided us with excellent service, also lending us a padlock for the locker! The pool was warm, clean and calm. Perfect! When my little boy accidentally fell down the steps by reception as we left (already checked out) the kind staff assisted, especially the young man, who I believe worked in the restaurant, who came with a first aid kit and helped fix him up. (Thank you!!) We had a great short but sweet stay and look forward to returning again soon!
