Hands down one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time, even better than some reputable big name hotels we’ve stayed at. We spoke to a member of the front desk called Giampaolo who was super lovely and helped us make our stay stress free and very pleasant from check in to check out, thank you! The property was immaculate, very clean, tidy and equipped with all the amenities one would need. I will be booking this property whenever I return to Prato!
