Excellent value for money. The flat was modern and clean. A supermarket is right opposite the street Some of the rooms have a king size bed, others a much smaller french size bed, quite small for two adults (we were given an upgrade) Not in a very central location, but taxis are very cheap and take you anywhere A great thank to the manager Lenice, efficient, professional, patient, always with a smile on her face: a real added value, a guarantee for a smooth stay

Very kind girl working there, she was really helpful and upgraded our room for free. The building is beautiful inside with all functioning amenities and this is not an obvious thing for Praia, compares to previous experience.

The apartment was modern, clean and very well-furniture the staff was helpful especially lenice she was highly active and thanks alot of her efforts, I will definitely recommend friends aswell, I appreciate the service and the attention of the apartment😇✌️🙏🏼
