As written the appartment is on the topfloor so the vieuw is very nice. Be aware there is no elevetor so you have to climb a lot of stairs. The room is alone on the top and whole the top floor is your balcony. There you can always sit in the sun ore find a shaduwed spot with vieuw over this new area of Praia. It is brand new so there is still a lot of constuction work around. Because it is on the hillside there is no big road so if you want a quiet area in the night this is really super. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen has basic stuff but good to cook an easy meal ore warm someting. There is a micowave ánd a real stoof (also brand new I think we where the first using this) and a fridge with freezing part for ice what can be nice. Wenn it is dark there is a nightwatch downstairs so you feel pretty safe. The internet worked very fine and also fast. If you like to walk you can easy go down the hill and walk along the coast. The beach for swimming is not so far eighter, a bit to far for us to walk but a taxi to the beach cost not so much and is just 5 minutes. The city center is just 10 minutes by car, ore the local busses just behind the gasstation. In this gasstation you can also buy drinks and snacks. A little futher on there is a fancy juicebar and some mini-supermakets, just 10 minutes walk. Good to know: taxi's can hardly find it as the streets has no names. But they all know the gasstation named Enacol Palmarejo. Go directly after the station left, at the and right, first left and then it is after the blue builing in opposite of the house with all the glass.

The appartament was as advertised. Everything brand-new and comfortable. The location is quiet and away from the city center but it is easy to take a taxi.

Very fiendly and helpful owner of appartement. Fast communication, he was willing and helped with what we needed. I recommend if you need to sleep in Praia. The appartement was big enough, comfortable, clean and nice.

Great host, met us on time at the apartment. Showed us and explained everything before our stay.. Very clean, furnished in very modern decor. Nice a peaceful neighbourhood, local shops a very short distance away for all your provisions. Taxis available almost immediately near the property if required too. Also free WiFi, Netflix etc on TV
