Great location, beach is across the street and the neighbor is a small coffee place. Comfy beds, equipment is decent. Amazing value for money

A short stroll from the main drag and market, but without the noise.A fully equipped kitchen, a shady garden, plenty of toilets and showers hot aswell, in the dormitory section,all kept clean throughout day, for breakfast i recommend you go to Kumba Lodge, turn left and walk along the beach for 15 minutes, youll see it up on the ridge, dont forget to take sandals as the sand maybe too hot to walk on coming back.Nice secluded back garden.You can walk to Barra, by turning left, walk atound the headland, places yo eat and drink there, anout 8kms one way, take plenty of water.

The camp was better than we expected, and well run by the German owner, even though restricted by the government who owns all property. He is good with communications and we were thrilled withour rooms aupgrade. The staff went out of their way to solve problems and being helpfull. When we arrived I found the only dishtowel in the kitchen was terrible. I held it up and started singing to it. "You are HOLY, HOLY HOLY..." in my best church voice. Within 2 minutes a staff member ran with a new one!. Pity i can not upload the video clip.
