Our stay at Hotel Planet in Prague was very good from start to finish. What stood out most was the friendly staff (especially the housekeeper), the warm welcome at reception, and the dedicated owners, who ensure their guests feel comfortable and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. They feature air conditioning, a minibar, and plenty of storage space, making them ideal even for a longer stay. The beds are huge and very comfortable. With only 12 rooms of varying sizes, the hotel offers a pleasantly personal and comfortable atmosphere. Despite its incredibly central location, it is remarkably quiet. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you hardly notice that you are staying right in the heart of Prague. The hotel is located on the 6th floor of a commercial building. An elevator takes you comfortably up to the 5th floor, and the final floor is reached by a short flight of stairs. A special highlight is the historic paternoster elevator in the building—a charming and unique experience. Another wonderful feature is the small rooftop terrace, which offers views over the rooftops of Prague. The location is perfect: the Old Town and many of Prague’s main attractions are just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast is served at the nearby Urban Creme Hotel, only about a one-minute walk away, and truly leaves nothing to be desired. The selection and quality are excellent. For those arriving by car, parking is available for an additional fee in the small, secure inner courtyard. Overall, Hotel Planet Prague is a wonderful choice for a city trip to Prague—centrally located, peaceful, exceptionally clean. We would gladly stay here again.
