Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, we asked for two rooms together and got 33 & 34 on the top floor which suited our needs perfectly. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with exposed wood beams, heating was excellent and the ensuite facilities were good. Breakfast offered a cooked and continental style buffet selection and was good. 24 hour concierge and a small bar at reception made the hotel feel friendly and safe. In a very good location away from the very busy areas but only a 5 minute walk to reach the main route to the Charles bridge 10/10 :)

This is a truly lovely hidden gem. It was so close to everything yet so quiet. Beautiful and clean and all staff were very pleasant
