Staff were very friendly during our stay. Additionally, as our arrival time was later than 19:00 pm, they offered us a transfer service from the airport to the hotel. We were happy about this service.

Brilliant location, very friendly, helpful staff, and wonderful amenities in the room. Daily serviced rooms was excellent. Having a lift with heavy luggage was bliss!!

The location was amazing so close to the castle and the Charles bridge the only downside is we didn’t get the room which was 201 which had a better view but to be honest our room was still amazing. Staff were lovely and quite humorous an helped with requests I had given. We have nothing negative to say about this place the only negatives we had was uber drivers we had used in Prague was very rude unpleasant and abrupt

Great location, super close to everything but also pretty quiet so you weren’t surrounded by all the craziness of the crowds. Apartment was super clean and lovely, bed was super comfy.
