Staff were very attentive and polite, particularly Olga who went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch and enjoyed outside on the reserved seating watching the world go by.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had! The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special as we were celebrating a birthday. We arrived early in the morning and we were quickly welcomed with complementary drinks and shortly after our room was ready. The room itself was gorgeous and it was also really well sound proofed so we had zero disturbances. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection - particularly the baked goods and option of having a cheeky glass of fizz or mimosa. The location was also perfect, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars and with just a short walk to old town. We loved our stay & cannot wait to stay again when we next return to Prague.
