We had the most amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The breakfast was incredible – fresh, varied, and easily one of the best we’ve had while travelling. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable; everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The facilities were outstanding and beautifully maintained, making the hotel both comfortable and luxurious. The location is perfect too – everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and stress-free. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. Without a doubt, one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we would recommend it to absolutely everyone.

Wow. Without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. An exceptional experience from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The location is perfect extremely central, just a 5 minute walk from the main shopping streets, close to Old Town and all major attractions, and within walking distance of the best restaurants. We didn’t need any transportation because everything is so close. The service is outstanding and truly on another level. The front desk team- Iryna Talant, Yury, Ivan, Jay, Petra, Zaki, and Ruthul are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Each one of them went above and beyond to help us, always proactive, available, and welcoming with a genuine smile. You can truly feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel is spotlessly clean, spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The lobby is impressive, the dining area is immaculate, and the rooms are comfortable and luxurious. During the Christmas season, the hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a warm, festive, and magical atmosphere. I left completely satisfied, without a single suggestion for improvement. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Prague especially Israelis, who receive exceptionally warm and welcoming treatment. Do not hesitate. Book this hotel.

I haven’t written reviews for many many years, but this hotel really deserves one! The frontline staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, and it is clear that the MANAGEMENT TEAM behind the scenes is doing something right, otherwise the hotel probably wouldn't operate at this level.
