+ extremely spacious apartment + small fridge and 2 fans provided + nicely located, no street noise + tidy, neat and very clean + fair price + very cooperative communication, we were allowed to cancel a reservation to change for this room after making a mistake and despite the cancellation policy, so there was goodwill
