The location was excellent, very easy to get into the city centre and it was a great spot for eating and drinking nearby as well, without having to go a long way. Also very near to Lidl which was excellent for cooking.

it's situated in a more local area with lots of cafés and restaurants. it's not a hoity toity neighborhood like the cobbled stone center, it's a bit more gritty.

We got early check in and it was unexpected for us and for this reason we were so happy to go into the apartment so early than the standard check-in time. The Apartment was so cute, despite being too little but it is perfect for a week-end holiday. If I had known that there was also a sauna outside the apartment I would have done it every day. Recommended, despite the location but in any case you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes by tram/bus

Overall, apartment is fine for it's price. It was super warm inside (despite cold November outside), quite clean (few tiny mold spots in the bathroom only but I've seen way worse), kitchen nicely equipped with most of things you may need. Area is very quite, few small convenient stores on the street and bars/restaurants. Very close to Forum Karlin if you are coming for the concert, also around 15 minutes walk from couple of nice bars and bigger shops. Bus stop nearby, but 15 minutes walk takes you to tram and metro stop. Sandwich bar right at the premises with delivery of breakfast up to your room (didn't have a chnace to try).
