The fine print
Please note that check-in takes place at the Prague City Apartments' 24-hour management office, located at Karoliny Svetle 4, a 15-minute walk from Residence Rybna. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 (1-bedroom apartment), EUR 200 (2-bedroom apartment) and EUR 300 (3-bedroom apartment) is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the apartment. Please note that children staying in existing beds can benefit from the following discounts which will be provided at check-in: - children of age 2 and younger can stay free of charge in existing beds - children of ages 3 to 11 will be charged EUR 10/night when staying in existing beds The maximum of 2 children can stay in 1 room.Non-refundable pet fee in the sum of 15 EUR / day 100 EUR per stay / pet will be charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location is perfect. Apartment was spotless and a good size for a weeks stay. All It’s missing is an oven. Staff were fantastic & were very prompt when I txted them. The transfer from the airport was complimentary and they arranged a transfer for us for the way back. Would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very spacious, the location is amazing: a quiet street right in the center, with all the main sites just a few minutes’ walk away. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is also the option to leave your luggage at the office, which was extremely convenient since we arrived early before the apartment was ready. After three days a cleaner came to change our towels, which was a lovely touch. The building also has an elevator which may be useful for some guests. Overall — a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
