My stay at The Emblem Hotel in Prague was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely cared for in a way that is rare to experience. What impressed me most was the seamless flow of communication between the staff — everything felt perfectly coordinated, thoughtful, and effortless. The level of service was simply outstanding. I truly felt like the most important guest in the world. The team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Their attention to detail and sincere dedication made all the difference. I would especially like to thank the reception and reservations staff for their incredible support and for helping me with changes to my stay. Their kindness and professionalism meant so much to me. This is not just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel seen, valued, and truly taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back. In fact, I already plan to. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Very central, good facilities such as coffee machine, lounge and kitchen area outside of bedroom. Bedroom was really large and very clean and great view of central square. Use of facilities in Emblem Hotel also very handy. Really enjoyed our stay there
