I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the amazing room upgrade. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Lenka, who went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. She personally ensured that all my needs were taken care of with such kindness and professionalism. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. I deeply appreciate her efforts and the exceptional service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a personal touch that makes all the difference.

Second stay and this simply the best hotel to stay in Prague. Yousif youre a legend thank you for everything as well as the rest of the team. Plan to return again soon. Swimming pool and sauna are beyond good. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel and I got a upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. Amazing and serene pool. The staff were really helpful and nice, in particular Josef in reception and Eduardo at the door. Perfect location too. Walking distance to Old Town
