Ilja – parking assistant is the best. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean.

Great location, peaceful, with parking (you need to reserve it because it's quite small for such a big hotel), great connections to the center. Really helpful and friendly staff, a lot of lovely and helpful additions in the room (water, chocolate, postcard, free Prague pass, discounts ...) They really want to make you feel welcome.

The hotel was excellent, especially for families. It was very spacious, clean, and tastefully designed. The rooms were always clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances. The breakfast was wonderful — very diverse and delicious. Everyone can find something to enjoy based on their preferences. The hotel also has a large market, a bar, and a restaurant. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the metro just a few steps away. The staff were very kind and welcoming. If you are visiting Prague, definitely choose Hotel Uno.
