Great location, near every possible attraction by foot, or by public transportation (at 3 minutes of the hotel). Breakfast is great, with awesome pancakes. The personnel is kind and welcoming. We even found someone speaking French.

Everything was beautiful. The score is the maximum taking into account that all started before I arrived at the Hotel The communication with the team was clear and they demonstrated knowledge on their job. The receptionists: Stephanie, Karina, Sheetal and the kind gentleman (I blame myself but I can't remember his name!) that today said good bye to us from this lovely place. Also my gratitude to all the people who work in the hotel that made possible our visit so spectacular. Of course Vladimir: a wizard during breakfast time, an expert not only on food matters, also an encyclopaedia of historical knowledge and key places for the appreciation of the wonderful City of Prague. The people working here are kind, helpful and always bring the necessary information required. To the Hotel, I travel with my wife, and we received a very warm welcome. I need to add that we arrived four hours later due to weather issues at Prague airport. The Hotel itself is marvellous with all the comfort to enjoy a relaxing time and is strategically situated. Through Booking.com the message system helps a fluid communication within the lovely staff of the hotel and all was perfect. Our only regret is that we need to leave this wonderful place. It was at a great place. Quite near to the tram station and very near to the new town adventures. A small super market was just opposite the place. Mostly the staff was awesome. All three whom we met were very helpful and very considerate. Quite a fabulous stay we had. I would really want to be back there.
