The staff was super nice and friendly, and did their best to help. The location was lovely, in a nice area. The room was quiet and the bed was nice and comfy.

The girl from the reception in my first day, …, was so sweet! She helped me with my luggage, and she asked the guys who in charge on the renovations in the hotel to start in 10 instead of 9 in the morning because of my request. That was so nice of her! The bath was awesome, the heat worked well.

This was the second time I stayed here and the experience was again very good. - really hot shower with really good pressure - windows can be wide open - heating working properly and can be adjusted - small fridge in the room - location very close to underground line A - very close to Wenceslas Square

Staff very friendly, especially the lady working nights duty in reception on week days. Good breakfast selection and quantity. Good location in a quiet pleasant area.
