Staff were very helpful. Bath Towels and hairdryer were provided at reception. The room was warm and comfortable and the property felt secure. We were delighted to realise that we had a wash hand basin in our room. The toilets and shower area were kept clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and had good pressure. Tram and underground stops were within 5 minute walk of the property. Approximately 2-3 stops got you to middle of city. As our flight home was in the evening, we were allowed to store our bags in the luggage room until we were going to the airport. For the price we paid we found it to be great value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious if spartan room. Good position Toilet, showers and kitchen on every floor.

It is a well priced lovely simple place, with very nice employees. Exactly what you need to stay a few nights in Prague. Easy to access with the tram 8.
