Beautiful apartment, high ceilings and great location. Beautiful floors and great storage. Very detailed check in instructions and they messaged to ensure everything ok.

The staff particularly Lucy was exceptional. I felt she truly cared. I arrived for the week but unfortunately caught a vomiting bug. By day 3 I was truly ill & frightened. I am disabled, British & unsure who to turn to for help. I tried my insurance, my GP in the UK, I rang the emergency numbers & even read all over the Internet sending messages asking for help. The last person I thought of was the messaging to the apartment help. Lucy answered within minutes with what I needed to do. I was in hospital half a hrs later in Prague. I was transferred to a specialist hospital and back to the apartment 2 days later. We even had a random power outage which messaging again received fantastic instructions on how to sort it ourselves if we felt confident to. My husband sorted in minutes. I was lucky to have 2 days of wandering around the beautiful Praha and a couple of lovely meals. Overall the apartment met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you again to the lovely Lucy. If her boss is reading this buy her flowers please as I can't! If you are the boss, please buy yourself some!!!

A very comfortable apartment for two. A quiet location, but only 7 minutes walk from the famous clock in the Old Town. It was also only a few minutes walk to a couple of different tram stops, so it was really easy to get around the city. There are a wide variety of restaurants within a short walk. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious for two (but would be a bit snug for 4). We had everything we needed, and the hosts were responsive.
