Our stay at the Fairmont Hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was at a very high level – the beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere. The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Petr Veverka for his kindness and excellent service. Thanks to him, our stay was even more enjoyable. I can only highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

Best service ever experienced, and usually staying with such type of hotels. Matteo at the front desk is the most kind and polite hotel stuff I have ever met. In general, hotel caters for guests needs. Rooms are clean and provide all you need. Gym and spa have everything. In the locker rooms you can find sleepers, towels, bath robes to use at the spa and fully equipped showers. Location is right in the center, on a quiet and classy street. There are 3 restaurants, one with bar with amazing views as well as the lobby bar. Once you check in you can chat on WhatsApp to make sure everything is fine.

The hotel itself was a pleasant stay—the design was beautiful, the service was good, and the spa area was particularly lovely.
