“A perfect hotel with glaring negativities.”

The hotel is beautiful, an amazing scent everywhere. The spa area also very nice. Our room was an excellent size for 2 people, huge bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower. A whole clothes area. Really well designed. Great coffee machine and a Bang and Olufson beolit 20 Bluetooth speaker. Great phone to tv connectivity. Low level lighting, motion activated for evenings. I'd say the room was close to perfect, though we stayed for 2 nights. No one came to tidy or check the room for supplies. A little strange. Location is 100% perfect! The door staff and valet driver were excellent, very friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming.

Our trip was truly special, and the service made it even more memorable. We highly recommend the Zlata Praha restaurant – an outstanding culinary experience!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the exceptional staff, to the exceptional room, to the exceptional spa. I have never seen a spa/gym like this in my life! The staff were ALL incredible, helpful and friendly. Location was great, not in the overpopulated tourist area, just outside it, but a 5 min walk to get to the main square. We had a room overlooking the river, size was great. The amenities in the room are just incredible! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or to stay there again.
