The Staff were quite friendly, I heard that Czech people are very reserved so it was surprising to be met with such friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the TV was a nice addition. The small necessities such as the comb, flip flops and safe etc. were also nice to have.

The location is very central. Most of the tourist spots, museums, theatres, good eating places are within walking distance. The staff isbsupe helpful and courteous. When I requested for change in Ground floor room as the street noise was bothering me they immediately shifted me to higher floor room. Breakfast is sumptuous and menu really good. In all a value for money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, we visited most of the "recommended attractions" by foot, although we could take the tram or metro with stations conveniently located in close vicinty to the hotel. The staff are very helpful too. I made two bookings (two slightly different room types) at the same hotel for a total period of 7 nights. The staff tried her very best to find a room to suit my request so that my family (3 persons) could stay in the same room throughout the period. The staff also attended promptly to our requests for an additional lamp in the room and subsequent change of room.
