I was happily surprised, from the first moment I enter hotel at midday with Uber I got help to change my money and got room straight away. The guys in front desk of hotel, were absolutely sweethearts and big thank you to them to make my stay wonderful. Really exceptional customer service. I got a room with the most amazing view of Prague, very cozy and comfy beds and all. Great breakfast. Great room service. Excellent locations. I really enjoy every moment. I forgot the names of all the man they were working in front desk, but they made me feel like home and were absolutely number one. Thank you, I really enjoy my stay

Reception staff has been friendly and helpful, so has house keeping. There was an issue with the air conditioner not working properly, but I could move into another room.
