Location of the hotel was great. The staff were lovely and let us check in early. They were really helpful giving us advice of where to go and what to see in to get the wheat of the city in our short stay. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Great location in the Old Town of Prague. Big room. We arrived late because our flight was delayed so checked in via key codes and a lock box which was convenient but a little impersonal. We had a few issues on the first day but these were sorted swiftly after communication via WhatsApp (we had gone out for the day before reception was open again).
