Roy at the reception desk was very helpful and particularly wise and supportive when were attempting to book transport and worried regarding scamming. Very good range of food offered for breakfast. I love the exposed brick work in the decor. Staff very kindly turned music down when I found it too loud. The hallways and stairways were beautiful. The balcony was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a great experience. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Roy, who went above and beyond to assist me and always greeted guests with a warm smile – truly a highlight of the service team!
