Hotel was fine for the price, £40 for one Sunday night. check in was usual 3pm, I arrived 2pm and was given a room. I only needed to stay one night. After looking at some reviews I was a bit worried it might not be 'good', but it was fine. Perfect for a short stay. The hotel is like many in this area, probably a lot of budget seekers, young sullen teenagers staring at phones, stag groups... so I guess the staff are underpaid, low staffed and everything is run at minimal cost. Maybe they have to put up with a lot of people, some not nice, so you don't get a "HELLO, HOW ARE YOU TODAY SIR?". Instead you get "Room is not ready",,, but it is when they check :) That's what you get for a good price. Location very close to Pavlova metro and loads of food places, easy walk to old town, etc. Room was clean and tidy. I checked out just before 10am and got some breakfast, basic, but fine for my purpose. I kept my bag there until the afternoon, it was locked and secure all day.

Decent value for money, very good location really close to subway, bus or tram. Actually nice walking distance to the center, pubs or restaurants.
