These apartments are fully online with no Reception. You will receive a link to fill in personal details for all in your reservation then receive a code for the apartment after payment. The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" which is 1 minute away on foot. For transport needs or parking please contact us on [email protected]. Telephone contact to our Reservations team is 420 222 743 781.Please note that there is are a few stairs on the way to the lift.Daily cleaning is not provided. We offer additional cleaning only for stays 4 nights or longer.The central Reception and check-in location is at Jilska 9, Prague 1.Please inform Chateau 9 Apartments by Prague Residences in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was great. It was right in the heart of Old town square, near the Astronomical clock. Lots of restaurants, shops & mini market just outside apartment.

Nice studio with a lot of space and a separate kitchen. The room was further away from the other rooms and it had access to the inner yard with a coffee table. It was very quiet even thou it is located minutes away from the main square and there are always a lot of people and noise around.
