This small hotel is simple and elegant. They care for a lot of details，especially in the room. Room and bathroom are clean..nice furniture

Had a lovely stay, our room was huge! Staff were amazing and nice selection for breakfast. Tram stop just outside hotel.

Apart from the initial young girl on reception who wasn't very friendly, and actually quite miserable, as well as the lad at breakfast who never smiled, (he had good manners though) the staff were great; warm and helpful. One of the breakfast girls the first three mornings was stunningly beautiful, with a personality to match! The lady on reception most days was also very nice, warm and helpful.The room was lovely. I was very pleased with the standard of the hotel as a whole.
