Objectively, I give this hotel the highest rating. It is clean, located right in the heart of the old town, with parking nearby and a convenient place to unload the car. I would especially like to highlight the high level of professionalism and the hospitality of the staff. It truly felt as if we were visiting very close relatives who had been waiting for us and were genuinely happy to see us. Romana, the administrator, welcomed us with the warmest attitude and organised everything we needed for an exceptionally comfortable stay. We sincerely thank you for this time — everything here is amazing. We will definitely stay with you again every time!

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the action. The hotel itself is beautiful, historic and really fits the atmosphere of Prague as a city. The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, and actually upgraded our room for free!
