I’m giving this accommodation a 10/10 for several reasons: 1. It offers excellent value for money. 2. It’s conveniently located near public transportation, including buses, trains, trams, and even regional buses. 3. Supermarkets are within walking distance. 4. There are plenty of nearby dining options—the Chinese buffet restaurant right on the corner next to the apartment is especially convenient. 5. The owner, Tomas, is very responsive and helpful and even gives suggestions of where to dine, where to go, etc. 6. The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen, and having a washing machine is a great bonus.

Convenient apartment with everything you need in your day-to-day life (washing machine, fridge etc.). No problems with basic needs such as hot tap water. The place is quiet and serene, yet near to the city center. Easy to move around as the public transport is located nearby. There're also good places to have a bite near the apartment.
