Apartment Overview

Located in a renovated building in Prague’s historical district, Art House Apartments by Adrez is directly in the Old Town Centre and 50 metres from Staroměstská Metro Station. It houses stylish apartments fitted with free Wi-Fi, as well as a glass lift overlooking the city.
The apartments feature decorated high ceilings and spacious living rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV. You can benefit from a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. Marble bathrooms come with either a shower or a bath, and a bidet.
The Staroměstská Tram Stop is 10 metres away. The Jewish quarter is reachable within a 5-minute walk. You can also visit Prague Castle, which is 15 minutes on foot.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It’s right in the heart of Prague, just a few steps from the beautiful Charles Bridge — the location couldn’t be better. We’re a family with three kids, and the apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions and gave us great tips for our stay. Check-in was super easy, and finding the place was no problem at all. There was plenty of hot water, great water pressure, super comfy beds, and a lovely balcony to relax on. We felt right at home. I would warmly recommend this apartment, especially for families or larger groups.

The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings and furnished with a lot of style and comfort. We used 2 bedrooms, which were separate and with private bathrooms. By the entrance of the building there is a grocery store and an authentic restaurant with delicious local food. The place is extremely communicative - next to the metro, trams, buses. The main attractions are very close - about 5-10 minutes walk. We were satisfied with the apartment and its cleanliness. We recommend it.

3 females on city break, Apartment is in an ideal location for exploring Prague,right beside the tram service,has so much charm,very clean and comfortable,has a coffee machine,hair dryer,WiFi,right beside Charles bridge,8 minute casual walk to square center,quite building with a lift to 8th floor (we realised we had a lift in day 2 of our stay,location of lift is at the bend of 1 st story of stairs behind wooden door 😊) If I was to say something “negative” it would be there wasn’t any products to clean,like a disinfectant to clean down the kitchen work tops and tables/toilet area…and a sweeping brush would of came in handy too… Check in isn’t 3 pm so if you arrive early like we did you can leave baggage in reception a short walk away… Already looking forward to returning and staying with here 🙂
