We had a great stay at the Appia Hotel. Situated in a beautiful building in a quiet area with an interesting history and visible remains from the 13th century. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a terass. We had dinner at a fantastic restaurant just down the street. And the breakfast was also great with a nice and tasty buffet at the stunning upper floor. The staff were helpful and nice. We would definitely like to come back to this wonderful hotel!

The hotel is located just below the castle and a short downhill walk to the city centre. Fortunately the bus back up the hill stops at the end of the hotel’s street. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. Breakfast is splendid, with many options. The staff are very helpful, and the airport shuttle is a real bonus.

We loved the breakfast, it was very special. Also the hotel bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean. We liked the location, the hotel is situated in a more quiet area, so it was very quiet at night.
