We loved the old villa, the renovation is exceptionally tasteful. We appreciate the owners' great taste in art. The garden is lovely, and the kids really enjoyed the playroom with a big closet full of games and a ping pong table. We also liked the cute cat called Caramel:) thanks to the thick walls, it wasn't too hot at night. Prades is a good base for exploring the region, with amazing medieval villages and beautiful mountains just a short drive away. The host, Solange, was very nice and gave us plenty of great recommendations.

What a find. Right in the centre of Prades, we had a huge 2 bed beautiful apartment, both bedrooms were ensuite. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, plenty of crockery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. The games room downstairs is amazing (table tennis/darts/board games etc) as is the beautiful garden. There is also a bbq available. The owners are wonderful and have lots of helpful advice and suggestions for the area. Great location for hiking/sightseeing/canyoning/caves in the pyrenees. Free parking. There is a huge market in town if you happen to be there on a Tuesday. Lidl is about a 15 minute walk away and there is a spar just round the corner. Highly recommend

So easy to meet Sylvain, we sent him a message 30 minutes from arrival and he was ready when we arrived. The town is perfectly situated and a short drive to the caves which were amazing, and so many trails and small towns.
