The young concierge lady is indifferent an cold, non clear automatic questions, she doesn't speak a fluent and clear English and I ask many times to repeat questions but she immediately shows impatience. She seems sick of talking to people and she even look at the face, she doesn't care about clients arriving at the desk for registration. Not a smile, not a nice word, no kindness. Luckily there were other concoerges so I avoided asking her any questions. The rest of the stay was just sufficient. Breakfast room was so crowdy, but tables were that close to each other that moving was critical.

Great location, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. Overall, we had good experience. They have limited parking spaces but had a good advice to park at Stary Browar. I would recommend though not to force people to call reception for the sewing kits and things like that. It looks cheap for the 4 star hotel, just put them in the room. I felt that for the 4-star positioning and such a price range hotel lacked a bit of an appropriate service approach. We also could hear noise from the street.

Excellent location Very polite and friendly staff Housekeeping was below standard. They did not replenish the tea counter and left it empty after room cleaning. There was no staff at night to fix the tea/coffee supplies at night so I had to go the the reception to ask for teabags Bathroom amenities were missing, you have to ask at the reception to give it to you. No room slippers, no conditioner in the bathroom.
