Great customer service at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic especially the selection of yoghurts, Polish cold cuts and condiments and the fresh pastries with hot food. Parking is just outside perfect for wet weather.

The hotel staff is really very pleasant and helpful, which is a very positive point. However, there are several aspects that could be improved. The room we had was quite small; it looked more like a single room than a double. In addition, the shower was also too small, which is not very practical. The breakfast was modest, and the parking was not free even though it was an open-air lot. Finally, it should be noted that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. We had to take an Uber that cost us 24 zł to get there. Overall, it's a hotel with charming staff, but you should be aware of the room size and its location if you plan on visiting the city.
