The location is wonderful, in the woods with great view in the Aegean! Ideal if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! The houses are cozy and comfortable, with the owners' personal touch everywhere! Rany and Orly, our hosts, were great, willing to make our stay as comfortable as they can and helpful throughout our stay!

Analipsi Sea View villa has a beautiful unhindered view over a wooded slope and Analipsi bay. The hosts, Rani and Orly, are very friendly, and are there for anything you might need. The air-conditioning works fine, you get a perfectly clean room and bathroom, a well-functioning kitchen (plus a plate of great plum jam as a greeting gift), the bed is comfortable, and it's really nice to sit on your balcony and sip a coffee or whatever in the early morning or late afternoon/evening. The local roads down to the beaches are ok provided that you drive slowly and carefully (in fact you don't have much choice in the matter) - since I was travelling in a very beat-down (or used-up) Nissan Micra rather at its last gasp, I think they can be driven with practically any car, but I would definitely suggest one with a stronger - or less used - engine, which in low gear would be fine going up the steep and narrow inclines, that would make the experience more relaxed. The road down to Analipsi bay has been repaved for the most part, but to my taste the other two beaches, Parisena and Tourkopigi, are nicer; you can either drive down on a small local road on the way to Tourkopigi (by google maps) until the road stops, then walk a very beautiful kalderini path to Parisena; or you can take another smalll and only partly paved road all the way to Horefto (it can be a bit hairy at the end of the road if somebody tries to come the other way, it's very narrow); or you can simply drive to the main Zagora road, and go to Horefto via Zagora (It's good to keep in mind that it's a bit of a way in itself from Sea View Villa to the main Zagora road). Once in Horefto you take a left & drive north along the beach as you can to get in order to go to Parisena beach, which is adjacent. Agii Saranta, south of Horefto, is an especially beautiful beach, though more visited.
