The facilities and location were astounding. We stayed as a base to spend time with family that had flown in from abroad. It did nothing disappoint. Spacious and just what we needed. Very clean and a welcome from the owner when we arrived with fresh eggs milk and bread. Top place to stay can't rate it high enough. Close to local shops pubs and takeaways and only 5 minutes outside Blackpool.

The location was perfect, the facilities were ideal. Assistance was always on hand if needed. The garden area was wonderful. Our 10 night stay flew by too fast.

Location and nice touch providing fresh eggs, milk and bread on arrival. Good space in property and green area to walk dog outside.
