The staff were lovely and helpful. Quick to respond to queries etc. The hotel is in a lovely location. I did eat in the dining room and the food was good.

Great location and views. Spacious, quiet bedroom with en-suite shower room and good Wi-Fi. Hospitality tray was well stocked. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking on site. Pleasant helpful staff.

The reception staff were so kind and accommodating. When I arrived I was put in a nicer room than the one I'd booked -just because it was available .Unexpectedly and in difficult circumstances for me I needed to stay a second night .The room I was in wasn't available so I was moved .When I got back my luggage was already in the new-even better-room with a beautiful view of the river .

Very accommodating when I asked to change room due to it being on 3rd floor. Nothing was too much trouble. All members of staff friendly. Evening meal was outstanding.
