Ease of check-in by a friendly staff member, clean room. Loved having the mini kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery. Close to Potsdam main train station, 5 minutes walk, and close to centre of town easily accessed by bus or tram.

Had all we needed for the purpose of our trip. The Kitchenette rooms were a great asset although if you are a tea drinker bring your own travel kettle as the kitchenette only has a coffee maker. The hotel is in a great location with many local visitor spots within reach. Right beside train station which made it a convenient base to travel around from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, very security conscious too which I found reassuring. Breakfast had all the basic staples needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel is in a convenient location next to Hauptbahnhof. It is nicely decorated and in good condition.

Only 5 minutes walk to Potsdam train station, bus and tram services. 10 mins walk to old town over the bridge. Air conditioning worked too on warm 29C day. Very clean.
