The location is perfect, it is right in the centre of the old city. Breakfast and service are excellent.

We loved this hotel especially because of the amazing staff. I had food poisoning (from my stay in Uyuni) and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. They brought tea to the room and checked up on me to make sure I was okay. They also helped by calling the bus company to move our ticket to the following day (we had to extend our stay by a night so I could recover). Apart from that the room was super comfortable and spacious, and the location is very central, just a couple of minutes from the main attractions.

Only a few steps from central town square, the hostal is nicely decorated displaying the history of the region, rooms are correctly sized with all amenities. Particularly I would like to mention the friendly and supportive attitude of reception manager.

Lovely place @ the VERY heart of town. The place itself is nice, but Alberto @ the reception is a STAR!!! Without his kind help and guidance I would have missed half of all the amazing stuff I enjoyed in Potosi! It’s VERY seldom u meet a professional like him!
