Incredibly beautiful setting, on a lagoon with a stunning beach. Staff were all very polite and helpful, and they arranged a few lovely treats for us as it was our honeymoon. All the food we had was delicious and it made for a very memorable stay.

Extremely great service at the Boathouse (waterski, sailing, etc.), fantastic service at the pool, very nice architecture and overall layout of the resort. Buffet evenings are great (very delicious food) for a fair price.

Everything was cool. An excellent pool — actually, two of them! The room is just amazing; you step right out onto the grass by the pool. It's very quiet, with birds singing. Breakfast is magnificent. The floating restaurant is fantastic. The service is top-notch.

Likes: Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were professional, friendly and their attention to detail was second to none. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, clean and very well presented. The pools were spotlessly clean. The food was excellent at both the main dining area and floating restaurant. Dislikes: Need toilets at the quiet pool and the Asian restaurant, although service was good, the food was not great.

Our stay at the Prince Maurice stands out as the most perfect stayI have had in a resort on this island. It was flawless, from the hotel gardens that you drive through, the warm welcome and the bubbly, the countless bouquets around the lobby and that view. Our complimentary upgrade to a beautiful beach front villa and its breath taking view was a great surprise, thank you. The hotel grounds with its outdoor sofas perfectly placed so you can enjoy a sunset, the enchanting barachois bar, the food and that wine list, all of it is just a class above. Last but not least, the staff, they were incredible and have retained that Mauritian hospitality, as our host said to me, we always try and say yes at the Prince Maurice. So it is a Yes for me, I will be back soon. Thank you gain for a memorable stay. I new favorite place to hangout in Mauritius.

No enterance on Mauritius can match the one on Prince Maurice. Now it's our 4th time at the Hotel and everytime you arrive you just know this is going to be a fantastic stay. No reason to write a long review I can only recommend that you try it once and you will keep coming back. Thanks to all the wonderfull staff for always making our stay fantastic. We look forward to see you again in the vinter.

The Prince Maurice is a lovely hotel. Visit it 2 or 3 times a year and never disappoints.
