Bar staff were super, reception staff were super, the fire in reception was very welcoming and the building was really well presented as a log cabin with rooms. We missed the dinign, and it seemed to close a bit early, but it was obviously a quiet period.

We were looking for an inexpensive "overnighter" on our way back home from a roadtrip through Western Canada and Western US. I really like Kalispel but everything was so overpriced for a place to just lay our head and grab a shower in the morning morning that we started searching Booking.com for other places outside Kalispel. We found this place and didn't know what to expect. It's isolated in that there is nothing else around but it's also self contained with a pub and restaurant. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we only expereinced a warm and welcoming atmosphere, super friendly staff and had a great meal in the restaurant - which overlooks a small lake with mountains in the background and wild birds in the trees. Our room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable with great bed and awesome shower. I run a podcast every morning and the WiFi & Desk were perfect! In the morning I went out to the Lobby to grab a morning coffee and decided to sit down on the rustic sofa to have a few sips - and to my surprise and delight - the resdident pooch came over wagging his tail and when I motioned he was welcome, he came up and put his head in my lap like we were old friends!

The Ninepipes is in an ideal location for visiting the Bison Range. The onsite restaurant and lounge are convenient amenities.

THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL from the patio. The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities.
