Amazing place! loved the staff, Carmelo and others. Always friendly and helpful . Great view from room. With a bottle of Proseco courtesy of the hotel. Beautiful touch. Had a few issues with internet in my room, but think it's to be expected high up on the hill. A must stay xx Jenelle

The entire staff was phenomenal! I made an error in my booking and Danielle and Carmella were so wonderful. They did everything to make our stay most enjoyable and the extra effort they made were greatly appreciated. The entire staff was thoughtful, courteous, and always with a smile and wonderful greeting. The restaurant staff was always delightful and the food was delicious. The room was clean and I loved the balcony and the view. The bag porter was a godsend! He carried our bags up the 100 plus steps to the street. And if you didn't know, the hotel can arrange a porter from the ferry dock to bring your bags to the hotel so you don't have to carry them 210 steps up the hill. $15 E a bag was well worth it!

Hotel has certain charm. Staff very good. Views excellent. Breakfast fair but not memorable. Restaurant good.

If this is 4-star, what is 5 like?! This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, the view is unbelievable, and the staff are super friendly. All linen smells beautiful, the food was high quality, the balconies are huge and the walk (up/down stairs) is in the middle of the water and the Christopher Columbus street. I will absolutely be back.
