Albergo California is a very special hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. The room was beautiful, the bed very, very comfortable. The terrace and view are spectacular. loved spending time on the balcony watching the world go by. Also ate in the restaurant and the food was wonderful.

We were apparently the first guests of 2026 and found all the staff to be lovely. The hotel had been recently painted, so it is very fresh and smart. Our room had amazing views and was a lovely size. The location is perfect.

Albergo california was the best choice we did for our trip in positano. John and emanualla were so kind and helped us with everything we needed. The room was very big, clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel is 8-10 minutes from the port and the nearest beach. The crew at the hotel and the restaurant were so nice, we had the best stay! We cant wait to visit again.

The property was clean and well located. It had a lovely small balcony but sadly there was no shade so it was too hot to use it. You had a great view. Located fairly close to the beach where restaurants etc are which was great for us with the streets steep slopes.
