Spacious and very comfortable two-bedroom apartment. Large and comfortable bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, large and comfortable sofa in the living room. Comfortable and large beds in the bedrooms, very roomy closets. A big plus is a separate room with a washing machine and storage for a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. An extra quilt and blankets are available. Very elegant and modern design, at the same time very cozy atmosphere. In the bedrooms and above the main entrance air conditioning. The owner (Boris) very friendly, contactable and helpful even though he was not personally there. At the same time, Marija (mother-in-law) lives on site, who is an over-sympathetic and very helpful lady. Marija treated us to a delicious cake with peaches that she baked herself. The apartment is very well located in the second line from the shore, in close proximity to stores (Tommy, Studenac), local bakeries, bars and restaurants (Antonio - highly recommended!). I would definitely recommend this apartment for longer stays in Posedarje/Croatia.

The flat was perfect, well organized, clean, spacious and stylish. The hosts were very helpful, kind and generous. The area is very calm and peaceful, with great places to eat for excellent dining and fast food. There are also some cool bars.
