Loved the fantastic view of the Solent and Isle of Wight. Didn't need tv as we could stare at it for hours! 2 twin bedrooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. A well equipped kitchenette allowed us to cook and prepare our own food but we also found some great fish and chips and other restaurants nearby. Perfect location for a stay with my mother as we both sail so could watch the boats in comfort. Included parking permits allowed us to park up and enjoy the view and surrounding area. My mother really appreciated the lift too. Friendly welcoming hostess Sam, met us at the property and imparted some top local knowledge. My daughter is at Portsmouth University so we hope to return!

Absolutely fantastic location ,super clean apartment with all the mod cons , Views from the Open plan lounge of the sea were amazing,I honestly could not fault this booking in anyway, the hist was there to meet us on arrival with all the information & local amenities. Thank you will be back soon Frederick & Hilary.
