The flat is spacious modern and bright with a simply stunning view from the lounge bay window and the front bedroom. You can sit and watch all the boats and ships coming and going day and night then step outside the door cross the road and you are on the beach.

Loved the fantastic view of the Solent and Isle of Wight. Didn't need tv as we could stare at it for hours! 2 twin bedrooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. A well equipped kitchenette allowed us to cook and prepare our own food but we also found some great fish and chips and other restaurants nearby. Perfect location for a stay with my mother as we both sail so could watch the boats in comfort. Included parking permits allowed us to park up and enjoy the view and surrounding area. My mother really appreciated the lift too. Friendly welcoming hostess Sam, met us at the property and imparted some top local knowledge. My daughter is at Portsmouth University so we hope to return!
